Question I: The question I am asked the most is, how can you win without taking money? To that, I ask, is your vote for sale? The answer is almost always no, so then I ask . Do you want mine to be for sale to the highest donor? I will always serve only the voters, never the money. Not now, not if and when I get elected and not for as long as I serve the people in this great state!
Question II: I would also like to address another frequently commented on subject. Why are the things I am for, as one voter said, "all over the political spectrum"? Well living in a Free Country is hard, there are many freedoms that some of us may not agree with personally and spiritually. If we start infringing on fellow American's personal freedoms where will it stop? We cannot have a police state. Part of the job of being a Congressional Representative is to protect the rights of all the citizens in the their district, not only the rights of those citizens that agree with them on every issue, that would not be fair to the rest of the district voters. That is one of the things I'm going there to change. I will always err on the side of Freedom, because it is always the right side of History to be on. We must always look back to History, but never be afraid to make it. A truly Free Country is sometimes hard to take, but it's the hard that makes it great and makes it the only Country I would want to live in. Let us never forget the "Noble Experiment" that is America, was created "Of the people, by the people, and for all the people". Not just for people with only one point of view. We may not take the same stand on every issue, but we should always stand together as Americans. Remember, "I may not agree with what you say, but I shall defend with my life your right to say it". Thanks Again E.P.
